N.D. Woman Gets 5 Years for Killing Her Unborn Child

A Garrison woman will spend five years in prison for causing the death of her unborn child. Michelle Behlesused prescription pain and muscle relaxant drugs while she was pregnant. At the time she was seven months along. She was also found guilty of possessing a controlled substance without a prescription and ingestion of a controlled substance. In a seperate case, Behles was sentenced for getting prescription drugs through deception. (See News Clip)
