Expanded Abortion Regulation Passes In Miss. House

JACKSON, Miss. -- A bill that would expand abortion restrictions has been passed by the House. If House Bill 520 were to become law, a person could be sued for helping an underage girl get an abortion without her parent or guardian's consent.
