Miss. Abortion Regulation Debate Fierce

JACKSON --A bill that would create penalties for those who assist a minor in having an abortion generated heated debate in the House of Representatives today. The measure was added to House Bill 520 when it reached the Senate. The House bill was designed to make people report alleged incidences of sexual abuse against minors, and it also created penalties for false reports of sexual abuse. Read more...
