Statutory Rape and Murder: 16-Year-Old 'Aborted Teacher's Child'

A 16-year-old girl seduced by her teacher 30 years her senior aborted their child in her final year of high school, a court has heard. Stephen Peter Morrow, 55, taught physics at an inner Melbourne school when he allegedly started a sexual relationship with one of his female students, who cannot be named for legal reasons, in the late 1990s. Mr Morrow, who is married and now lives on the Gold Coast, is on trial in the County Court in Melbourne after pleading not guilty to 11 counts of sexual penetration of a 16 or 17 year old child under his care, supervision or authority.
