Proposal to Use Aborted Babies for Research

MILAN -- One of Italy's leading university teaching hospitals is considering a proposal to use aborted foetuses for medical research. The Policlinic of Milan has circulated a discussion document on "a foetal cell bank" proposed by Paolo Rebulla, director of medical transfusion, cell therapy and cryobiology.
