Florida Bill May Create 24-Hour Waiting Period Before the Killing Starts

WINTER PARK, Fla. -- A controversial new bill is making its way to the Florida state Legislature. State lawmakers have proposed House Bill 257, which would force a woman to have an ultrasound and wait 24 hours before having an abortion.
