Lawmaker Confesses She Had An Abortion And Then Supports A Bill To Murder Babies In 'Regulated' Clinics
A Kansas lawmaker makes a stunning confession during debate over a proposal to crack down on abortion clinics. On Wednesday while the house was debating a clinic licensing bill, House Republican Brenda Landwehr took the floor to argue for singling out abortion clinics for special state oversight. She revealed she once had an abortion. The bill would create special regulations for clinics where abortions are performed. The House rewrote it to include clinics of all kinds that do surgery requiring sedation. The clinic bill passed the House by one vote. It will now go to the Senate.
