Sidewalk Counselors File 'Free Speech' Lawsuit Against Buffer Zones

Two West Palm Beach ordinances intended to protect medical facilities face an almost immediate legal challenge from anti-abortion groups. Anti-abortion activists filed a lawsuit Tuesday in U.S. District Court arguing the ordinances, which take effect today, are unconstitutional because they "chill and deprive" free speech and equal protection rights.
