Wisconsin Bans Human Cloning; Reprobate Governor Vows Veto

MADISON, Wis. -- Wisconsin Governor Jim Doyle says he'll veto a ban on human cloning. The state legislature approved it yesterday. The measure would prevent both reproductive cloning and therapeutic cloning.
