SAN DIEGO -- The medical examiner plans to perform an autopsy Saturday to determine the age and cause of death of a fetus found in a National City Dumpster. According to law enforcement officials in National City, a jar containing a human fetus was found in a Dumpster. Someone going through the Dumpster came across it and told a passerby, who then called police.
