UK Doctors Against Abortion Limit Cut

Doctors have rejected calls for the legal time limit for abortion to be reduced from 24 to 20 weeks.Delegates at the British Medical Association (BMA) conference in Manchester today debated the reduction in the time limit, before voting against any change. But other doctors and sexual health campaigners believe any change will harm women who for a variety of reasons seek a late termination. Posted by Editor at June 30, 2005 12:39 PM
