A Judge ordered the Royal Women's Hospital to produce the medical file of a suicidal woman who was given an abortion when she was 32 weeks pregnant. Supreme Court judge Justice Bill Gillard dismissed an appeal by the hospital against an earlier decision by a magistrate.
