A new abortion law requiring written parental consent before a pregnant teen under the age of 18 can murder her child by abortion has passed the Texas Senate and awaits final approval by the governor. Current state law only requires pregnant mothers to notify their parents before murdering their grandchilren. Kyleen Wright of Texans for Life Coalition, said, “The parents of Texas are the clear winners. We are grateful to see this popular, common-sense legislation has passed, and expect that teen pregnancy, births and abortions will decrease significantly as a result."
