CONCORD, New Hampshire – For the second straight year, the state Legislative has endorsed letting females of any age obtain emergency contraception pills without a doctor’s prescription. Emergency contraception is a safe and effective way to do that,” Lynch said in a statement. Bedford Republican Rep. Ken Hawkins said there is no limit on the frequency or the dosage that someone could obtain.
