Tulsa Clinic's Challenge to Teen Abortion Notification Bill Dismissed
TULSA, Okla. -- A federal judge today dismissed a Tulsa clinic's lawsuit challenging a bill to require doctors to notify the parent or guardian of a minor at least 48 hours before receiving an abortion. The lawsuit was filed today by the Center for Reproductive Rights on behalf of Reproductive Services in Tulsa.
