The Child Interstate Abortion Notification Act (HR 748) would make it illegal to transport minors across state lines for abortions if the purpose is to evade parent notification laws. (
Editor's note: Not thinking ahead to the day when "Abortion-Free" states start prosecuting all murder cases occurring within their jurisdictions, the bill says NOTHING concerning individuals transporting pregnant teenagers out of those states which, of course, would not have "parental notification" or "consent" laws.)
