Newborn Tossed From Second Floor Window Survives

WHITE SETTLEMENT, Texas -- A newborn boy in Texas is in good condition despite having been thrown out of a second-floor window. The infant's uncle is being held on 100-thousand-dollars bond on charges of injury to a child. Witnesses in the Fort Worth suburb of White Settlement say the five-day-old baby fell more than eleven-feet and landed in a grassy area, suffering no broken bones or internal bleeding.
