Anti-Abortion Group Targets South Dakota With Images of Aborted Babies

Billboards containing images of aborted fetuses are being shown this week in Rapid City and Sioux Falls by the Center for Bio-Ethical Reform of southern California. ''We are trying to break the conscience of the American public about what's happening behind closed doors in abortion clinics,'' a spokeswoman, Stephanie Gray, said Monday in Sioux Falls.
