Falwell's hypocrisy: Despite the fact that there is a real pro-life presidential candidate to vote for, Falwell tells Christians to vote for a sodomite lovin' baby murderer

Falwell faces IRS scrutiny after urging support for Bush
WASHINGTON -- Jerry Falwell told supporters to "get serious about re-electing President Bush" and solicited funds for a political action committee that supports Bush. Falwell, in a July 1 "Falwell Confidential" e-mail, said: "For conservative people of faith, voting for principle this year means voting for the re-election of George W. Bush. The alternative, in my mind, is simply unthinkable. "To the pro-life, pro-family, pro-traditional marriage, pro-America voters in this nation, we must determine that President Bush is the man with our interests at heart. It is that simple."

Your Republican Party Identity: Get Rid Of It!
"Can you see what is happening around the nation concerning the proclamation of the Word of God to unbelievers when it's delivered in a GOP package? When nationally-known Christian ministers who expound on pro-family or pro-life issues and then identify themselves as being Republican or publicly support Republican candidates, then these ministers are nothing more than a bunch of lying hypocrites to the man out on the street. ... Have Christians no knowledge of what this Republican Party association is doing to our witness? How can Christians call murderers and sexual criminals to repentance through Jesus Christ when Christians are identified with the Republican Party which is gladly funding those criminals' activities?"
