Editor: Abortionist lies under oath

Judge Quizzes Doctor on Fetus Behavior During Abortions
By Larry Neumeister / The Associated Press
NEW YORK - A doctor testifying at a trial to decide if a new abortion law is constitutional said abortion procedures in the United States are so safe that a woman faces more danger continuing a pregnancy than ending it. The testimony by Dr. Carolyn Westhoff drew the scrutiny of U.S. District Judge Richard C. Casey. "Would you recommend abortion rather than childbirth?" the judge asked. "If a woman wants to have a baby, she should continue and take the risk," Westhoff replied. The judge also asked whether the fetus feels pain. "Does the baby ever make any noise or cry?" Casey asked Westhoff. "It does not withdraw or move," Westhoff said. "Do the hands ever move?" the judge asked. "The fetus is limp," Westhoff answered.[?]

Editor's note: According to The Associated Press news report, an abortionist in New York, Dr. Carolyn Westhoff, has apparently lied -- under oath -- to a federal judge concerning the helpless struggle children exhibit when attempting to defend themselves from being murdered by an abortionist. When asked by U.S. District Judge Richard C. Casey, "Do the hands ever move?" Westhoff said, "The fetus is limp." But to the contrary, plenty of evidence exists from ultrasound recorded abortions that violent movement is clearly seen as children attempt to move away from the abortionist's knife. Another point Westhoff falsified in her sworn testimony to a federal judge, is the fact that children in the womb do indeed scream bloody murder during abortions, as shown by the world renowned video The Silent Scream. Now the question is, will U.S. attorneys defending the United State against this lawsuit, introduce ultrasound recorded evidence to prove this baby killer lied to a federal judge under sworn testimony?
