Heretic claims God approves of abortion

Heretic claims God often wills abortion
The Baptist member, who is a counselor for the Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice, considers herself a "Christian pro-choice advocate." She recently testified in a congressional committee hearing and told members of Congress she believes God sometimes directs women to have abortions. But it was not reported if a man of God was asked to come forward to prove the baby murdering heretic wrong before the same congressional committee. "I believe that when we do not agree or understand the challenges that a woman is facing, we can be absolutely certain that God understands," Dr. Roselyn Smith-Withers says. This ministerette from hell was allowed to contend that her "Christian faith" does not conflict with her position that women "have the moral authority to make decisions that are healthy, helpful, good, and of God," even if one of those decisions is shedding innocent blood by murdering unborn children by abortion. Seven Page Report Details NRLC's Betayal

Report Regarding NRLC Role in Defeat of South Dakota Legislative Effort to Ban Abortion and Challenge Roe v. Wade

ANN ARBOR, MI - One week after accusing the National Right to Life Committee of betraying the pro-life movement, the Thomas More Law Center, a national public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, MI has released a seven page report detailing the role of the National Right to Life Committee and is its state affiliate, South Dakota Right to Life, in opposing and ultimately defeating a South Dakota law that would have banned virtually all abortions and challenged Roe v. Wade.

Abortion Activist Convicted
MILTON - An activist with links to anti-abortion violence was convicted on five molestation charges Thursday. John Burt, 66, showed no outward emotion as he stood listening to the verdict. The judge ordered Burt held without bond pending sentencing. He faces a sentence range of probation to 15 years in prison on each count. Defense lawyer Nicole Ferry told the jury that her client was not guilty. "This case is about liars," Ferry said. Both teens had a history of lying and mental health problems and made up the allegations to gain favor with their parents, who are suing the Burts in separate cases, she argued. "Don't think that the thought of getting money from them hasn't influenced their testimony," Ferry said.

Baby Butcher Familiar to U.S. Court Scene
LINCOLN, Neb. - The scene unfolding in a federal courtroom here the past week is all too familiar to Dr. LeRoy Carhart. Four years after he got the U.S. Supreme Court to strike down Nebraska's ban on a controversial abortion procedure, he's back in the court fighting a similar federal ban passed by Congress last year. "I'm back in court today because the government is back in my office telling me I cannot put my patients' health first," Carhart said after his lawyers from the Center for Reproductive Rights in New York rested their case Thursday. Carhart testified that the federal law is so vague it would outlaw nearly all abortions after the first trimester. Justice Department lawyers will begin their defense of the ban on Monday.

Senator Forces Debate on Abortion Clinic Bill
TOPEKA - Sen. Phil Journey of Haysville invoked a seldom-used rule today to force Senate debate on a bill to regulate abortion clinics. The bill passed the House earlier this session but has been stuck in a Senate committee. Gov. Kathleen Sebelius vetoed a similar bill last year. Journey's motion will come to a vote Friday. Under Senate rules, 24 of the 40 members must vote yes to pull a bill out of committee.

Abortion Curb Opposed
A Richmond physician who testified in a Nebraska case challenging the federal ban on so-called "partial-birth abortion" said his major concern was that the prohibition would extend to other abortion procedures. Dr. William G. Fitzhugh, who practices at the Richmond Medical Center for Women, was one of several doctors who testified this week in Lincoln, Neb., where doctors and a reproductive-rights group are challenging the federal ban enacted in 2003. Fitzhugh and three other doctors are named as plaintiffs in the case.

Cream Puff Obituary for Cold Blooded Mass Murderer
Dr. Robert Garland Kisner, an obstetrician-gynecologist for 31 years in East Liberty who promoted family-planning options for women and better care for African Americans and poor people, died Monday night from an apparent heart attack. He was 63.

Bioethics panel seeks controls on fertility field

WASHINGTON — The government should more aggressively oversee the growing and largely unregulated fertility business, and Congress should set aside the divisive issue of human embryo cloning for research and ban other embryo experiments that virtually everyone deems unethical, President Bush's Council on Bioethics said Thursday. Its report examines the rapidly converging fields of fertility treatment, human genetics and embryo research and finds an ethically amorphous world in which the lines between basic science, clinical medicine and human experimentation are disturbingly fuzzy.

National Right to Life's Deception
During the National Right to Life Committee's annual convention, held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, NRLC announced that it is expanding its "agenda" to include human embryo stem-cell research, physician-assisted suicide and human cloning. The Pro-life Movement must conclude from this tragic announcement that these three types of murder, including all forms of abortion, will be prolonged indefinitely. And, because NRLC is a non-profit front organization for the Republican Party, pro-lifers must now realize that the Republican Party not only has no real intention of making these three types of murder illegal but will promote and maintain them just as they have abortion for the last 30 years.

``The Grand Illusion"
Bush Signs Law Granting 'Limited Rights' to the Unborn
"With this action, we widen the circle of compassion and inclusion in our society," said Bush, "and we reaffirm that the United States of America is building a culture of life." But supporters say this is not about the issue of abortion, just protecting unborn children from violent attacks... With Mr. Bush were the mother and stepfather of Laci Peterson, the woman at the centre of a high-profile California murder case. The measure he signed yesterday is limited in scope, applying only to harm to a fetus while a federal crime, such as a terrorist attack or drug-related shooting, is being committed against the pregnant mother. Unborn Victims of Violence Act -- H.R. 1997
`(D) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the death penalty shall not be imposed for an offense under this section.

`(c) Nothing in this section shall be construed to permit the prosecution--

`(1) of any person for conduct relating to an abortion for which the consent of the pregnant woman, or a person authorized by law to act on her behalf, has been obtained or for which such consent is implied by law;

`(2) of any person for any medical treatment of the pregnant woman or her unborn child; or

`(3) of any woman with respect to her unborn child.

Editor's note: Republican Party-gluteus maximus cranium insertus, is partly a Latin term I came up with to describe Christians who have their head stuck up the gluteus-maximus of the Republican Party so far they have neither eyes to see or ears to hear the truth about the sin of being joined to an organization that approves of sodomites and abortion. I know the Scripture commands us to have compassion upon the ignorant brother, and there are many Christians who are ignorantly associated with the baby-murdering sodomite-loving Republican Party.

The Bible says, "And of some have compassion, making a difference," that is, make a difference between Christians who are ignorant and those who are willfully rebellious of the commandments of God. We are to rake the rebellious Christians across the coals by "pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh."

I have learned over the years, that this type of "compassion," in the Book of Jude, is part of the love of God, which is longsuffering and having patience in explaining the truth to those that are apparently ignorant. And "making a difference" means that there is a time-limit.

Once it becomes clear that the ignorant Christian is not really ignorant, but willfully and stubbornly rebelling against the commandments, then, in the love of God we pull the rebellious out of the fire. For those who are joined with a people that approve of sodomy and murder bring God's righteous judgment of death upon themselves. For, "Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them," says Romans 1:32. It is one of the worst of all sins; it is the highest degree of wickedness for this lost and dying world to see Christians standing with the devil approving of evil.

I am not going to stand idly by and watch my brothers and sisters make the same mistakes again and again that lead to death and destruction. Once it is clear that they are not ignorant of what God says about such sin, but are stubborn, rebellious and refusing to repent, for the love of God I'm going to rake them across the coals! --Jim Rudd (See: Proving What Is Acceptable)

Mother abandons newborn baby, but Catholic
priest said she did the right thing

A newborn baby was found abandoned in a Brooklyn church Thursday by a priest who said the mother had done the right thing by leaving the boy in a safe place. The Rev. Freddie Rosales, pastor of Our Lady of Loretto Catholic Church, said he found the baby shortly after 1 p.m. in a backpack in the vestibule of the church on the corner of Sackman Street and Atlantic Avenue in East New York. Police said the baby was between 3 and 8 hours old and its umbilical cord was still attached.

Dad Accused of Drugging Baby Sent to State Hospital
John Matthew Peer, 27, who was charged in March with drugging his infant son last year was transferred Thursday from St. Clare's Hospital to a psychiatric facility in Trenton, authorities said. Peer and his wife, Ann Marie Peer, 27, are accused of giving their then-14-week-old son prescription tranquilizers and antidepressants meant for adults in May 2003. A criminal investigation was started against the couple on May 21 when the father brought his son to St. Clare's Hospital in Denville.

Senate to Take Up Malpractice Bill Again
WASHINGTON -- The Senate will return as early as next week to medical malpractice legislation that has stumbled twice in the past year, Majority Leader Bill Frist said Tuesday. Frist, a Tennessee Republican and physician, told a conference of the American Medical Association that he would offer another version of the malpractice bill, covering obstetricians, trauma centers and emergency medicine.
