Couple Charged With 'Disposing' Newborn

Police charged a Lexington couple with disposing of a newborn baby and hiding its birth. Investigators said yesterday that Crystal Lee Ann Tucker, 20, gave birth to a child about two weeks ago at the Budget Inn motel off Business Interstate 85. Afterward, they said, Tucker and her husband, Wiley Blake Tucker, 22, disposed of the fetus. They were charged with secretly burying or otherwise disposing of the dead body of a newborn child to conceal the birth of a child.
