New Law In Texas Protects
Unborn-Except For Abortion

What's new from the Texas legislature is one of the basics of the law, the definition of an individual. The old definition says " 'individual' means a human being who has been born and is alive." The new definition, takes out the phrase "has been born" and adds this phrase to the end - "including an unborn child at every stage of gestation from fertilization until birth."
