Father Faces Shaken-Baby Murder Case

A 25-year-old Army veteran was being held in the Summit County Jail on a murder charge Tuesday, accused of shaking his 9-week-old daughter to death. Jisselle Morris, who was born May 27, was pronounced dead at 10:44 a.m. Saturday at Akron Children's Hospital after the suspect's stepfather, Matt Flach of Cuyahoga Falls, called 911 to report that the child was not breathing.
