Rudolph Lawyers Plan To Contest
Documents Linking Him To Bombing

ASHEVILLE, N.C. -- Attorneys for suspected serial bomber Eric Robert Rudolph say court documents linking their client to a deadly bombing amount to hearsay. Attorney Hube Dodd says they could be enough to keep Rudolph from getting a fair trial. He says defense lawyers will contest their admissibility. Documents released last week in Alabama allege that Rudolph's mobile home and pickup truck in Murphy contained traces of the same type of explosive used in a Birmingham abortion clinic bombing.
